Haircare for hijabees

Assalamualaikum..

Honestly, when you asked for do 10 entries while you are not a blogger it really like "im lack of ideassss" hahaha. so let me share some tips about hair care.

Here are some tips for you girls who are wearing hijab:

1. let your hair "breathe"-dont keep your hair tied all the time. expose it whenever possible.
2. brush your hair gently to prevent breakage and split ends.
3. wash your hair every two or three days and let it dry naturally t prevent loss of vital nutrients.
4. apply a suitable conditioner. leave it on for five minutes before rising off. conditioner restore moisture to hair.
5. dont let your hair "overheat" with thick hijab and dont tie your hair too thightly under the hijab because both can lead to hair loss.
6. drink plenty of water to lock in moisture
7.eat foods that contain the right nutrients for hair such as milk, cheese, yogurt and a few of name.

I think women who wear hijab should care for their hair just as much as they care for their skin.
